Select OwnersCorp Management was founded on building a better approach to managing properties and working with owner’s corporations.  Our eight experienced managers, each offering a unique expertise through their career backgrounds, partnered to create a comprehensive knowledge base in asset management.  The management leadership team is overseeing steady, managed growth as Select’s reputation grows throughout the Melbourne Metropolitan Area and rural Victoria.

Our approach of proactive property management, which includes initiatives such as scheduling site inspections, our strong mediation and resolution capability, or using our expertise and knowledge to arrange the best and fastest service option for our clients when required, is based on one over-riding focus: to treat our client’s property like it’s our own.
