Shane Bowden - Profile

Prior to becoming a Licensee, Shane worked in the aviation industry for twenty eight years. Working in a Management role in international operations Shane has developed strong processes and communication skills in managing diverse groups to satisfactory outcomes.

Shane has seven years experience in working with Owners Corporations and thoroughly understands the issues Owners, Residents and Owners Corporations contend with on a daily and annual basis. Shane has co-ordinated maintenance and new projects with multiple trade services in smaller and high rise developments

Shane's specialty is in managing properties of medium density between three and fifty units. Shane's aim is to deliver quality service and to work with stakeholders in the maintenance and improvement of their valuable assets and homes by ensuring all tasks are completed and any situations arising are managed in a professional and timely manner.

Richard Mellington - Profile

Throughout his thirty year career in the construction arm of the communications industry, Richard has gained a very sound knowledge in a number of aspects of the building industry. This, coupled with the later part of his career working in a management position gives him the background knowledge and experience to work with clients and liaise with contractors and service suppliers.

Richard has owned a number of properties which have operated under Bodies Corporate, as they were known at the time. He also has experience serving as an office bearer in one of these Bodies Corporate for a number of years.

Richard has a raft of experience coupled with the skills gained in Owners Corporation Management and has recently undertaken study at RMIT to gain a Certificate IV in Property Services to further expand his ability to be able to offer even more to his valuable clients.

Richard's specialty is in managing properties of medium density between three and fifty Units.

Tim Lindley - Profile

Before becoming Select’s founding licensee, Tim worked in the printing industry for a number of years.  The print business gave him a strong respect for systems and process backed up by responsive communication, and this approach is providing the foundation for the rapid growth of his business, particularly through the inner eastern and southern region of Melbourne.  

Tim takes a stringent approach to building management, establishing for example, a building defects register early on to ensure new client properties can be brought up to speed where required within the first eighteen months of management.

Uncompromising in his approach to delivering quality process and full accountability, Tim focuses on establishing and maintaining the trust of his owners corporation clients to simplify decision-making and reduce waiting times for work to be completed.

Tim specialises in managing properties of up to eighty owners.
