Mr Peter Black

I have known Peter Black of Select OwnersCorp Management Pty Ltd for almost eight years in his capacity as strata manager of a small block of seven units in Moonee Ponds where I am one of six resident owners on site.  My neighbours at the units and I find that Peter is at all times easily contactable, most efficient in dealing with any day to day maintenance issues which occurs from time to time and is unfailingly pleasant and courteous.

We also greatly appreciate Peter's willingness to visit the property regularly and in particular, his willingness to attend annual general meetings at the units at a time to suit the residents.  In Chairing the annual general meetings Peter is always meticulous in maintaining our financial recourds and following through any business that is discussed.

We have also found that Peter takes great care to recommend only the highest quality tradesman (handymen, gardeners, electricians, roller door repairs, arborists etc) to undertake work at the property.

I recommend Peter and his team in the highest terms.
