Dear Andrew and staff,

I thought I might write you a letter discussing the current and previous functioning of the Royal Domain Tower (RDT) Body Corporate.

If we look at where the Body Corporate is now, I would have to say that compared to others we certainly have a very superior team and process.

I currently sit on four other Body Corporates, so I feel that I have some authority to talk.  My first real encounter with inner-sanctum was when I was the inaugurul chairman of RDT.  I learnt most of what I am trying to have implemented in other Body Corporates in that year, and I learnt most of that from Andrew and the team at Select OwnersCorp Management.

The experience, common sense, process and procedural information that Andrew bought to the table was invaluable.  In particular the "from scratch" writing of the complete building maintenance manual has proved to be a major asset to the current Body Corporate and the Committee.

I intend to nominate Andrew and his team to take over (when appropriate), the Body Corporate managements of other properties that I own.  I would also have no hesitation in recommending his expertise for any property in need of such services.

I would go as far as saying that in my lifetime as Chief Executive Officer and indeed my whole working life, I cannot remember referring anybody or any service with greater conviction than I would refer Andy and Select OwnersCorp Management.

I urge you Andrew to use this document as a referral letter if the occasion arises.
